What to Expect

During our two hour experience, you’ll get hands-on with MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding — one of the most accessible and widely used welding techniques. You'll:

Learn how the machines work
Practise welding on scrap metal.
Wear the gear and create some sparks.

Throughout the experience you will receive expert guidance from Richard Evans, experienced metal fabricator and designer, you’ll build confidence and walk away with a handmade metal pen pot — a functional keepsake to remember your experience.

Perfect for complete beginners or anyone curious about welding. No prior experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm! This is a great activity for holidaymakers, DIY lovers, or those simply looking to try something new without the hassle of buying equipment. We are based indoors so not affected by the weather. Times / Dates : Mondays / Tuesdays / Thursdays | 10:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 15:00
Cost: £60 per person. Group booking 3 or more 10% Discount applied. Max 5 people.

All Equipment and materials are included. We will supply you with relevant safety gear (helmets, gloves and overalls) is provided materials are included.
