Our Fair Booking Policy explains how bookings, cancellations, refunds, transfers, attendance, and course delivery work. As a small independent business, we do our best to be fair but we’re unable to offer complete freedom to change bookings. Cancellations, Refunds & Course Changes
5.1 Refunds are not offered for course cancellations caused by events outside of our control. This policy applies at the time of booking. If possible, we will aim to offer reasonable and flexible alternatives, such as transferring your booking to a later date or an alternative course, subject to availability.

5.4 All requests for cancellations, refunds, or transfers must be made in writing and as soon as reasonably possible.
Course Delivery, Attendance & No-Shows
5.5 All courses require a minimum of three participants to run. Each course has a maximum of five places.
5.6 The Weld Space reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or move a course if minimum attendance numbers are not met or if the course becomes unviable to deliver. Where reasonably possible, we will aim to notify you at least 14 days in advance, outlining the situation and available options.
5.7 If a course is cancelled by us, you will be offered the option of a transfer to a future suitable course date or a full refund.
5.8 Attendance is the responsibility of the participant. A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend the course on the booked date without prior agreement.
5.9 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers. A new booking will be required to attend another course.
