Welding Training for employers

Training for employees to develop welding skills.

The Weld Space provides introductory welding training for employers looking to develop or improve their team’s welding skills. This is particularly useful for repair and maintenance teams, small-scale production environments, and non-critical welding applications.

Welding is a high-demand profession with a national skills shortage. Rather than relying on external contractors or waiting for mobile welders to complete routine onsite work, you can up-skill your existing staff with practical, hands-on training.

While we do not offer formal qualification-based courses, we deliver focused, short-format training programmes designed to introduce individuals to welding processes, techniques, and safe working practices.

We provide a dedicated environment where your staff can practise welding, build confidence, and learn the correct and safe operation of machines.
